President, Deborah Zobel

Debi is the President/CEO of Integrated Safety Solutions, Inc. Established in 2003, ISSI is a safety consulting firm. ISSI is unique in that we offer real business solutions by integrating safety solutions with individual business needs.

Debi has 17 years of experience in many areas of safety, including Product Safety and Stewardship, Safety Management, developing and implementing safety programs from the ground up, Construction Safety Management, and safety training. Debi has driven safety programs that have resulted in substantial cost savings for employers and clients. She also has experience in the environmental arena, managing Air Quality and Hazardous Waste operations in the chemical and printing industries.

Debi previously worked for Rohm and Haas Company, RHEOX, Inc., a subsidiary of NL Industries, CMS Gilbreth Packaging Systems, and Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Company. Her diverse background includes specialized knowledge of the chemical, printing and food industries, with a focus on accident prevention and loss control.

Debi graduated from Holy Family College in 1983 with a BA in Chemistry. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Rohm and Haas Del-Val Credit Union. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the ASSE.

Treasurer, Jane LaGreca

Jane is the President of Safety & Risk Specialists, Inc., a Consulting firm which was established in 2003. Jane has 15 years experience partnering with Organizations to introduce and implement behavioral and cultural processes to Workplace Safety and Risk Management. This specialized approach enables organizations to achieve an accident free environment which produces long term financial and operational savings through a reduction in insurance premiums.

Prior to 2003, Jane worked in the Insurance Industry for 7 years in Accident Prevention Management. Jane’s career includes experience working inside small and large Corporations as an external consultant. She has developed extensive Safety Policies and Procedures and provided Training and Development in all areas of Risk. Her consulting services have also included educating Executives in Insurance selection.

Jane received her BA in Organizational Management and a degree in Exercise Physiology from Gettysburg College. She speaks at professional conferences and seminars and is presently serving as Treasurer for the American Society of Safety Engineers.

Newsletter Editor, Diane Gerhart

Diane is a Certified Safety Professional with over 12 years of experience in domestic and international safety compliance. Currently an independent consultant, previous employers include Minerals Technologies Inc., an international chemical company, and Sonoco Products Company, a container manufacturer. In addition to her expertise in safety program development and training, Diane has mentored two manufacturing plants to OSHA VPP Star status. Diane holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.S. in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. A member of the Lehigh Valley chapter of ASSE since 1997, she currently serves as Newsletter Editor and has previously served as Vice President.

Linda Sanchez, CSP is currently an independent safety consultant. Prior to that she provided multi-line loss control services for large customers of a major carrier.  She has been an active member of the ASSE for over 10 years.

Jennifer is a Manager of Environmental Health and Safety for Hillmann Environmental Group, LLC which is a full service consulting firm.  Jennifer received her B.S. in Public Health with concentration in Environmental Health  from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.  In addition, Jennifer received her M.P.H. with concentration in Environmental Health & Industrial Hygienie from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
